Adria Sullivan is a certified psychedelic-assisted therapist based in Apex, NC, with extensive training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy as well as psilocybin- and MDMA-assisted therapies. She specializes in trauma-informed, holistic mental health care for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and treatment-resistant depression. Adria integrates ketamine treatment with evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches—rather than using ketamine as a stand-alone intervention—remaining present with clients during sessions to support emotional processing, insight-making, and long-term integration. Her approach emphasizes healing the mind–body connection and is especially effective for clients who have not found relief through traditional therapy alone.

Brenna is a licensed clinical social worker associate. She brings both warmth and wisdom into the therapy room, creating a grounded and genuine therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe enough to pause, reflect, and grow.

Brenna specializes in working with teens through older adults, supporting clients through the unique challenges and transitions of each life stage. 

Her therapeutic style draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and person-centered counseling. This integrative approach allows her to tailor treatment to each client's individual needs and goals. 

Drawing from rich life experience, she meets each person with compassion and clarity—empowering bold shifts in healing and self-understanding.
