Additional Insurance Information

Accessible care is important to us

A Note on Spravato

Spravato is covered by most major insurance plans for patients who meet qualifying criteria. Our team will verify your benefits before your first treatment session so there are no surprises on the financial side.

A Note on Ketamine

Ketamine infusions are typically self-pay. Pricing is available upon request.

Self-Pay

We offer competitive self-pay rates for patients without insurance or with out-of-network plans. We believe that cost should not be the reason someone does not get the help they need, and we will always do our best to work with you.

Self-pay rates are available upon request. Please call our office or send us a message and we will walk you through your options clearly and without pressure.

Superbill

Out of network? You may still be reimbursed.

If we are not in network with your insurance plan, you may still be able to receive partial reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. We can provide you with a detailed receipt called a superbill that you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

We recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before your first appointment. We are happy to answer any questions about this process.

Verify Your Benefits

Not sure what your plan covers?

Insurance benefits for mental health services can vary significantly from plan to plan, even within the same insurance company. Before your first appointment, we recommend contacting us so we can help verify your benefits and give you a clear picture of what to expect financially.

We would rather have that conversation upfront than have you surprised by a bill later. Transparency about costs is something we take seriously.

Tricare & Veterans

We are proud to be in network with Tricare and to serve the veteran community in Holly Springs and surrounding areas. Katie Macaluso, PA-C is a combat veteran who understands the unique challenges facing veterans and military families navigating mental health care. You will find a provider here who gets it without needing things explained from scratch.

Financial Concerns

We know that cost is a real consideration for many people seeking mental health care. We want you to know that you can always call or message us with questions about pricing before committing to anything. There is no pressure and no obligation. Getting you the information you need to make a good decision for yourself is part of how we operate.
